wildcat 1.0.0 Release Notes

This release introduces the 4 core wildcat commands. These are:

Command	Description
initialize	Initializes a project folder with a default configuration file
preprocess	Reprojects and cleans input datasets in preparation for an assessment.
assess	Designs a stream segment network and runs hazard assessment models.
export	Exports saved assessment results to GIS file formats.
